Williams PTO 2026 Auction
All sales are final. Items must be paid for and collected as described on each item. The PTO is not responsible for items after they are collected.
How bidding works
Every bid is a binding commitment to buy that item at that price. Please only bid on things you intend to pay for - the whole auction runs on that.
The highest bid when an item closes wins it. If two bids are for the same amount, the earlier one wins. Bids placed in the last couple of minutes push that item's closing time out a little, so nobody wins by sniping the clock.
Items are sold as described. Estimated values are the donor's best guess and are not a guarantee - they are there so you know which part of your winning bid is a charitable contribution.
Paying and picking up
Winners are charged after the auction closes and get a receipt by email. Every dollar above an item's estimated value is a charitable contribution to Williams PTO, a 501(c)(3).
