Inna's Kitchen Culinaria in Newton offers convenient and wholesome prepared foods – frozen soups and entrees, deli salads, baked sweets and breads. The Culinaria is dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and Kosher Pareve (pescatarian).

Ingredient Standards
* We do not use any products containing high-fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, or MSG (monosodium glutamate.)
We avoid using processed foods and anything containing artificial ingredients (such as flavorings, colorings, and preservatives). 
* We do not use any GMO ingredients except the Mayonnaise in some deli-salads (it's Hellmann's).
* We are actively seeking and switching to the healthiest, environmentally friendly, and organic products as we are able. This includes:
** Zero Acre oil - Sustainable and healthy non-seed cooking oil . We had originally switched to organic canola oil, but now we have an even better option! ** Organic Sugar, Coconut, Chocolate ... Organic sugar tastes surprisingly better in baked good! We use organic coconut cream powder as a dairy/cream substitute, and organic chocolate that is soy-free too. We also get some organic spices, like cinnamon and vanilla, vinegar, molasses, coconut aminos (as a soy sauce substitute), and more!

** Organic Grains & Seeds -- To maximize product quality and freshness we are sourcing more whole grains to grind into flour as needed. It's like using fresh ground coffee instead of old pre-ground coffee. The difference is fantastic.
Unifine Flour -- We are getting organic flour from Azure Standard that they mill using a special Unifine Mill that creates super-fine wholegrain flours that retains significantly more nutrients while also improving product quality with softer texture due to it absorbing more water.
