We know some people are still uncomfortable going into a gym with others. This is why we are offering a PRIVATE training session for you and your friends/family to be held either in the Cardio High studio in Auburndale or outside.

Cardio High is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program using low impact movement that is perfect for people who want a great workout without damaging joints or muscles.

Cardio High trainers provide guidance and motivation, so clients train with proper form and push themeselves safely to their limits. Studies show that people continue to burn fat for up to 36 hours following a high intensity workout. It’s a great way to get fit fast.

Note that this is a fundraising event so when purchasing your winning bid you will have the OPTION to cover all credit card and website fees (7.5%) to enable you to allocate 100% of your donation to Williams Elementary School.
