CYBBC offers busy people group personal training for health, body transformation and performance. We teach anywhere workouts, using minimal equipment in a high energy and empowering community of change. Our members want a coach who cares, awesome people to train with, and a safe, fun, and results-oriented program that progresses with the client.

The 1-month full access pass includes:
personal coach
orientation
nutrition plan
cardio plan
resistance training plan
3x/wk training for a phase of bootcamp
workout card
pre-screened awesome people to train with
accountability
as of 11/9/21 and subject to change, the option of virtual & in person training
weekly weigh ins (in person only)

Note that this is a fundraising event so when purchasing your winning bid you will have the OPTION to cover all credit card and website fees (7.5%) to enable you to allocate 100% of your donation to Williams Elementary School.
