The Best First Camp Experience! Tenacre Day Camp's small, nurturing camp provides an ideal experience for children ages 3-12 to make friends, learn new things, and gain confidence. Its superb staff-to- camper ratio ensures that all children are supported, mentored, and supervised during a fun-packed camp experience.

Located in Wellesley, Tenacre Day Camp is situated in a friendly, caring, elementary school setting. The foundation of its success is the quality of its staff, a supportive and nurturing environment, and a welcoming place where each child belongs. The administration and staff strive to make every child feel comfortable and safe in a fun camp setting. Founded in 1973, the camp’s noncompetitive environment fosters self-esteem and individual accomplishments. 

The camp runs for 9 weeks for boys and girls ages 3 to 12. Tenacre offers flexibility to its families; campers sign up for any 2 consecutive weeks, and then can add any single weeks before and after the 2-week minimum is met. Hours: 8:25am – 3:15pm, aftercamp available until 6pm.
