Energy Fitness - Birthday Party

Celebrate your child's birthday at Energy Fitness & Gymnastics! Their facility is state-of-the-art, clean, and filled with fun. Energy offers 90-minute parties for children ages 3 and up.

The party is one hour of cooperative games, obstacle courses, parachute play, and fun in a trampoline/foam pit area, followed by a half-hour in a party area for cake and presents.

Energy Fitness & Gymnastics provides two to three energetic, well-trained instructors, as well as a festive, safe, and caring atmosphere for your child on their special day. Parties are held on Saturdays starting at 1:30 and Sundays starting at 10:00. 

Energy supplies:

• Exclusive use of gymnasium and reception area for the duration of the party.


• Cheerful, trained instructors who set up the party room, guide the children in the gym activities, serve the refreshments, and clean up!


• Festive paper products: cups, napkins, table coverings, and eating utensils. They also provide a cake knife and lighter.


• FREE access to cardio equipment and wireless internet access for adult party guests.
