This is a prerequisite 8 session program for all members interested in the traditional program of Kung Fu or Tai Chi. It introduces basic hand and leg techniques, stances, and stepping. This exposure gives the new member a better foundation in order to enter into the beginner's level.
Good for either an 8-class introductory program for one student or a half program (4 classes) for two students.
