Bidders from Williams only, please. Available for any 2 or 3-night stay from June 1, 2015 through Nov 22, 2015 (subject to availability). Stay to be determined by winning bidder subject to availability on website calendar. Winning bidder may extend their stay by paying the normal rate for additional nights in that time period. Rates may be determined by checking the website rate list. Requirements: 1. The winning bidder must reserve dates by June 15, 2015. 2. The winning bidder must leave a $350 damage deposit. 3. The winning bidder must pay actual cleaning costs to be deducted from the deposit. This typically runs from $60 - $80 depending upon how clean the property is left. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 5%, not to exceed $20 per item, to cover a portion of the auction transaction fees.
