Blue Barre and Dance Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in Waltham. We are your one-stop group fitness studio! Our goal is to help you achieve your own fitness level.
Our group classes are open to everyone, ages 16 and up. We specialize in BARRE, a 60 minute low impact, high intensity, full-body conditioning workout that is not a dance class. It combines ballet-derived movements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching. Transform your body!
