Children’s Yoga is a fun, creative class teaching poses and breathing to keep little bodies strong and nurturing relaxation to help our youngest yogis feel calm, confident and secure.
Teens and Tweens walk away with a complete toolkit to handle stress and a deepened sense of self, health, and wellbeing. Class explores poses, breath work, partner and acro yoga, the ropes, and meditation.
