Get In Shape For Women offers small group personal training for women. 1 personal trainer works with 1 to 4 women at a time in a private upscale studio.

Each session will consist of 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, and nutrition coaching, for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!

Get In Shape for Women, Newtonville, MA

12 personal training visits per month/3 visits per week.

They must be used at the 300 Walnut Street, Newtonville location (right across from Whole Foods).
